How to cancel an order?

If for any reason you would need to cancel your booked tee time, you will need to send an email notice 7 days prior to the booked tee time to customerservice@asiagolfexplorer.com.

Why is the cancellation notice period 7 days ?

Due to the complexities of the agreements with our partners, the golf clubs, we are following their current terms of cancellation. Rest assured, with more support from you, our avid explorers, we are working towards decreasing the cancellation notice to give you a more flexible experience.

If I cannot cancel it, can I change the tee off date?

This depends on our partners, and if they have an available tee time, you may send an email to customerservice@asiagolfexplorer.com and we will try our very best to have this done. In order to avoid abuse of this service, please note that we will only allow the change once.

I am a member of this club that I am booking, does Asia Golf Explorer honor this?

If you are a member of the club, It is best that you arrange your tee time with them directly, unless, our rates are more favorable to you.

My booking is not listed on my account?

If your booking is not listed on your asia golf explorer account, please send an email or initiate a chat with us on our facebook page and we shall contact you within 24 hours.

I did not receive the confirmation email?

If you did not receive the automatic confirmation email generated by our system kindly check your spam or junk folder, make sure that you are not filtering or forwarding the email elsewhere as well. If the email is still unavailable, kindly send an email to customerservice@asiagolfexplorer.com

Can I get rain checks from Asia Golf Explorer?

Rain checks are conducted by our partnered golf club and would depend on their own policies, kindly review their rain check policies before your tee off time.

Why am I paying in SGD when i Check out?

Our payment gateway transacts mainly with Singapore dollar, when you are booking your golf game, it will display your local currency and will automatically be converted to Singapore dollar. Not to worry, the currency exchange between your local currency and singapore dollar is updated daily.

I'm in a different country, and I booked a golf game in another country, when I got there my tee time was over?

All tee times that you see are following the course countries time zone, please double check the time in that country in that country prior to booking, this helps avoid being late or your golf game being forfeited.

How do I Reset my password?

On the login page, there is a reset link that you can click on, or by clicking this link http://asiagolfexplorer.com/site/request-password-reset, you will get an email with your new password, please check your junk or spam box if you do not receive the request.
